The Shiny Red Balloon is an accessory that can be found in Skyware Chests on Floating Islands. If the chest already has the Starfury or Lucky Horseshoe, the Shiny Red Balloon will not appear.
It can be used to craft any of several balloons: the Fart in a Balloon, Blizzard in a Balloon, Cloud in a Balloon or Sandstorm in a Balloon. When all four are combined, they make the Bundle of Balloons.
